shared session training
Our innovative shared sessions are designed for couples or groups up to three people who want to train together. Our shared session training format gives you the opportunity to train with your elite trainer with your spouse, friends, family, or co-workers. This makes for a fun and motivational training environment, while getting the full benefit of a personally tailored training programmed.
One-on-one personal training
Personal trainers go deeper and develop workouts tailored to YOU. Using science and taking into account your specific body-type, injuries, abilities, and preferences and most importantly safety, the perfect program is developed for you. A personal trainer is focused on one person’s moves, form, biomechanics, and breathing technique.
In a one-on-one training session you will work with your trainer to define and refine your goals and you will develop a relationship with your trainer which will help you stay motivated so that you achieve the results you desire.
Our trainers have been certified through highly accredited organizations like, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as degrees in Exercise Science, and specializations in functional movement, correctional and strength training. Many of our trainers have additional specialization and extensive experience in combat sports, endurance and obstacle racing, and functional range conditioning.
Elite Trainer - Ny-juan Allen
Certifications: NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, CPR & First Aid
Focus: Ny’s training style reflects his enthusiasm for health and fitness. He has extensive training in corrective exercise and movement pattern coaching. Ny is highly skilled at assessing and designing resistance and cardio training programs, starting with proper breathing and form fundamentals. His experience includes endurance, barbell for strength, kettlebell, and TRX. As a dedicated professional, Ny will challenge and guide you to the next level.
Elite Trainer - JONATHAN MOYET
Certifications: NASM certified personal trainer, USA boxing coach, Pose Method Run Technique Specialist, Cardiorespiratory Training for Sports performance.
Focus: As a trainer of fourteen years, Jonathan offers a range of skill sets. He specializes in a diverse set of training needs and requirements, specifically: athletes, post rehabilitation, medical conditions and weight loss. Among his strengths as a trainer, Jonathan takes most pride in his keen attention to detail and ability to motivate.
An alum of NYU (2008) Jonathan competed for the wrestling program. In addition to having a National Academy of Sports Medicine certification, Jonathan also is certified with USA Boxing and Pose Method Run Technique.
Elite Trainer - Sriya Kisnasamy
Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre and Post Natal.
Focus: All areas of fitness.

Focus: Hilary uses his experience as an athlete to help his clients crush their fitness goals. Hilary attended & played football at Morrisville State College while also pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. With his knowledge of strength training, weight loss & nutrition, Hilary has helped many people live healthier lifestyles. Whether it’s burning fat, adding muscle or building endurance, Hilary’s coaching can help you improve in all aspects.
